The Naming of Jubrah

Jubrah was named after Makhzoumieh al-Qurashi. This woman was known as Jubrah, who was the wife of Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, a prince of the Umayyad State who ruled the region in the year 114. The name of this area was associated with the name of the Jubrah Palace, which the king built in the northeastern region of Taif and named after his wife Jubrah.
